Campbell Dynamics has signficiant experience in the preparation and development of the following:
- Documentation for Full Concept and Prefeasibility Studies for numerous plants and projects ranging in value from $5M to $4B
- Documentation for Full Definitive Feasibility Studies (bankable with a capital cost accuracy to +/- 10%) for numerous plants and projects ranging in value from $100M to $1.oB
- Fully transparent cashflow models for nominated life (usually 20 years) of projects. These models are always developed to allow full transparency and understanding to simplify any 3rd party due diligence review.
- Both Impact Assessment Statements and Environmental Impact Statements via a coordination or oversight role.
- Assistance with the environmental licensing process via a coordination role. CD has well established links in both the private and government sectors.
- Execution documents including Heads of Agreement and Memorandums of Understanding, Term sheets for a whole range of Contract related matters
- Negotiation of key utility agreements including power, gas and water
- Coordination of government, project and infrastructure funding. CD has strong links in the relevant areas of Queensland Government.
